Is This Available In Canada or Other Countries?

Currently no. Ruuster is working hard to add Canadian MLS's. However, for the moment, this product is only available in the US.

How Many IDX Users Do I Have?

We have plans that range from one IDX - Real Homes user up Tt 50 IDX Real Home users. Please note, CRM user seats do not correlate to IDX users. These are separate due high to MLS fees.

How Many MLS's Do I Get?

One MLS is included in your subscription. Additional MLS's can be purchased.

Can I Change The App Branding?

YES! All internal app branding can be changed with your name and logo. External app store branding cannot be changed and will show as "Real Homes".

Can I Integrate This Into My Current Website?

YES! You can integrate the Real Homes App (Ruuster) into any website that allows custom code using our super easy widget builder.

Are There Any Contracts?

Generally, we don't believe in contracts. So, for our main plan, there are no binding contracts at all. The only exception is if you're on our annual plan. Once you pass the 30-day money-back guarantee period for the annual plan, you are committed to that duration. But beyond that specific scenario, we emphasize flexibility and trust, allowing our customers the freedom to choose how they engage with our platform.
